Bento & papote : un déjeuner pour échanger et trouver ses repères
Un repas partagé, quelques questions, des expériences à raconter. Au lycée français international de Tokyo, les rencontres « Bento & papote » proposent aux collégiens et lycéens un temps convivial pour échanger en petit groupe, à l’heure du déjeuner.
Animés par Mme KIBE-CRENN, psychologue scolaire de l’établissement, ces rendez-vous se dérouleront régulièrement au cours de l’année, autour d’un thème différent chaque mois. Chacun pourra partager son expérience, poser ses questions ou simplement écouter, tout en prenant son repas : bento ou plateau de la cantine.
L’écoute et la bienveillance seront au cœur des échanges. Les participants seront invités à respecter la parole de chacun et à ne pas répéter les confidences entendues, afin de construire un climat de confiance.
La prochaine rencontre aura lieu le mardi 6 octobre 2026, de 12h00 à 13h00, sur le thème : « Nouveau au LFI Tokyo ? Bien vivre son arrivée et trouver ses repères ». Un moment pour parler de ses premières impressions et des questions qui accompagnent la découverte d’un nouvel établissement.

Sharing a meal can make it easier to start a conversation. At the International French School in Tokyo, “Bento & papote” will give middle and high school students an opportunity to meet in small groups and talk over lunch.
Led by Ms KIBE-CRENN, the school psychologist, these sessions will take place regularly throughout the school year, with a different theme each month. Students are welcome to share their experiences, ask questions or simply listen while enjoying their bento or school lunch.
Kindness and respect will guide the discussions. Participants will be asked to keep personal stories within the group, helping everyone feel comfortable speaking and listening.
The next session will take place on Tuesday 6 October 2026, from 12 noon to 1 p.m., on the theme: “New to the International French School in Tokyo? Settling in and finding your feet.” It will offer space to discuss first impressions and the questions that come with joining a new school.

一緒にお昼を食べながら、感じていることや気になることを話してみませんか。東京国際フランス学園では、中高生を対象とした少人数の交流の時間「Bento & papote」が始まります。
進行を務めるのは、本学園のスクールサイコロジスト（心理士）、KIBE-CRENN先生です。学年度を通じて定期的に開催し、毎月異なるテーマを取り上げます。お弁当や給食を食べながら、自分の経験を話したり、質問したり、ほかの人の話に耳を傾けたり。それぞれのペースで参加できます。
大切にするのは、相手を思いやり、一人ひとりの話を尊重すること。安心して語り合えるよう、参加者には、その場で聞いた個人的な話をほかの人に伝えないようお願いします。
次回は2026年10月6日（火）12時～13時。テーマは、**「東京国際フランス学園に入ったばかりの皆さんへ：新しい学校生活に慣れ、自分の居場所を見つけよう」**です。新しい環境で感じたことや、学校生活について気になっていることを、一緒に話してみましょう。
