Depuis 2023, l\u2019\u00c9quipe bien-\u00eatre du lyc\u00e9e fran\u00e7ais International de Tokyo \u0153uvre au quotidien pour favoriser le bien-\u00eatre, la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 \u00e9motionnelle et l\u2019\u00e9panouissement de chaque \u00e9l\u00e8ve. Parce qu\u2019un climat scolaire serein est une condition essentielle de l\u2019apprentissage, notre \u00e9tablissement a fait le choix d\u2019une approche structur\u00e9e, collective et durable, au service de la r\u00e9ussite de tous.<\/p>\n
Compos\u00e9e de 19 personnels issus de l\u2019ensemble des m\u00e9tiers de l\u2019\u00e9tablissement, l\u2019\u00c9quipe bien-\u00eatre incarne une conviction forte : la pr\u00e9vention, l\u2019\u00e9coute et l\u2019accompagnement ne rel\u00e8vent pas d\u2019une action isol\u00e9e, mais d\u2019une responsabilit\u00e9 partag\u00e9e, inscrite dans la continuit\u00e9 de notre projet \u00e9ducatif et dans le respect du cadre de l\u2019AEFE.<\/p>\n

L\u2019\u00c9quipe bien-\u00eatre rassemble des professionnels aux expertises compl\u00e9mentaires. Cette diversit\u00e9 de regards et de comp\u00e9tences permet d\u2019agir avec justesse, en tenant compte de la r\u00e9alit\u00e9 v\u00e9cue par les \u00e9l\u00e8ves, des enjeux p\u00e9dagogiques, du cadre \u00e9ducatif et des \u00e9quilibres de la vie scolaire.<\/p>\n

L\u2019action de l\u2019\u00c9quipe bien-\u00eatre s\u2019articule autour de trois axes compl\u00e9mentaires :<\/p>\n
1) Pr\u00e9venir les situations de mal-\u00eatre<\/strong> 2) Accompagner d\u00e8s l\u2019apparition de difficult\u00e9s<\/strong> 3) Contribuer \u00e0 un climat scolaire apais\u00e9<\/strong> Pour garantir un accompagnement \u00e0 la fois humain et rigoureux, l\u2019\u00c9quipe bien-\u00eatre s\u2019appuie sur des principes clairs :<\/p>\n L\u2019\u00c9quipe bien-\u00eatre peut \u00eatre mobilis\u00e9e de plusieurs fa\u00e7ons : par un adulte de l\u2019\u00e9tablissement, par un \u00e9l\u00e8ve, ou par la famille, selon les modalit\u00e9s internes en vigueur. Une fois inform\u00e9e, l\u2019\u00e9quipe suit un processus structur\u00e9, qui vise \u00e0 prot\u00e9ger l\u2019\u00e9l\u00e8ve et \u00e0 clarifier la situation :<\/p>\n Cette m\u00e9thode vise un objectif simple : agir vite quand il le faut, agir juste \u00e0 chaque fois, et toujours privil\u00e9gier une solution qui prot\u00e8ge durablement le climat scolaire.<\/p>\n Le r\u00f4le des familles est central. L\u2019\u00c9quipe bien-\u00eatre privil\u00e9gie une relation fond\u00e9e sur l\u2019\u00e9coute, la confiance et la coop\u00e9ration.
